Lentils and Rice with Fried Onions (Mujadarrah)
Awesome recipe. The only thing I did different was used a sweet onion because that is what I had on hand. I will use 2 or more onions next time instead of just one.

Christmas Breakfast Sausage Casserole
This recipe was very good. I did double the eggs and next time I will cut the sausage in half as well. We aren't big meat eaters. Everyone loved it.

Brown Rice and Black Bean Casserole
