I grew up watching my grandmother get up at 5am on sundays to make the perfect fried chicken. I have tried and failed many times trying to recreate hers. I found this chicken as close as anything I have ever tried. It was so easy to follow, incredibly jucy and the crust stayed on perfectly, I used the flour-egg-mixture as suggested. Very Good, and no 5am wake up ! My grandmother would be so proud.

This was my first time cooking salmon, it was WONDERFUL . I used dijon mustard for the horseradish,as suggested and could not have been more pleased. My boyfriend just kept saying 'this is like a meal we would get at a really nice restaurant '
