Baked Kale Chips
I had some kale leftover from a soup recipe and was looking for something quick and easy to do with it. I found this recipe via Google and was immensely delighted with the results-- the light, crispy texture is like nothing I've ever experienced. It is true that you have to watch the cooking time closely. I ended up taking some out when it looked "done" and cooking some for a bit longer. Since I have a convection oven, the first batch came out at 7min and the second at 9min. Thanks for such a creative treat!
