German Apple Pancake
Gooey and good! It's more sugar and butter than I am used to, however it was really good and the kitchen smelled wonderful. Used 1 and 1/2 Granny Smith apples to fill the pan. Also the pancake was not going to slide onto a platter so I served it in the cast iron skillet.

Italian Meatball Sandwich Casserole
Very good, and smelled wonderful while baking. I used prepared meatballs from the grocery store.

Creamy Goat Cheese and Honey
YUM! (and oh so easy)! Used almonds instead of pecans, and next time would make the patties a little smaller.
