Peking Duck
Delicious! The sauce was so awesome I was eating it on my mashed potatoes & rolls too haha! I can never cook a duck right but with this recipe it came out perfect!

Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction
Made it just as the recipe said & it was INCREDIBLE!!! We loved it so much! My husband said it is definitly one of his favorites!

Oh my! This was AMAZING!!! I made it just as the recipe said. Everyone raved about it. Can I tell people this is my recipe? haha just kidding. Delicious! I will say that it is much better fresh rather than leftover the next day.
