Carrot Cake XI
I just got the cake out of the oven and they look great! Instead of using a 9x13 pan I used two round 9 inch pans and baked it for 30 minutes. The smell is amazing! Oh and I also left out the walnuts.

J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits
Wow! I just made these like twenty minutes ago and they are Amazing!! They were very fluffy and came out pretty big, bigger than I expected! I replaced the shortening with butter and they still came out great.
