Parmesan-Crusted Chicken in PHILLY Cream Sauce
This dish was very good. The only thing I had trouble with was getting the cracker/parmesean cheese mixture to stick to the chicken. I will definitely try this agian!

Hot Onion Dip
SO easy and SO delicious! I did alter the recipe by adding only two packages of cream cheese and it tasted great to me. Three seemed like it would be too much. I served with Ritz crackers and it was a HIT!
