Lime Cilantro Rice
This is much better as a side dish to a Mexican meal. It doesn't stand on its own very well.

Famous Japanese Restaurant-Style Salad Dressing
I used peanut oil and lime instead of lemon. I wish I had doubled the recipe to have more leftover dressing!
