Laura's Unbelievable Chicken and Pasta
Very good, and very easy. I didn't have 8 oz of cream cheese, just 6,and it turned out pretty good, a little on the juicy side, so maybe next time, i will add cornstarch, mushrooms, garlic, and onions too.

Creamy Pea Soup
This is the best split pea soup ever! Very easy. I used 7 cups water and 1 can of chicken broth, cut the cream cheese into the soup and let it melt there. It is sooo creamy and smooth. Nice looking too. I would add more carrots next time too.
