Delicious Recipe. I did as other reviewers suggested. Instead of adding 1/4 cup of water and 3/4 cup of Irish Cream to the cake mix, I didn't add any water and added 1 full cup of Irish Cream. It was delicious!

This recipe is Divine!. I added salt and garlic as suggested by others who posted reviews. I also made it with parboiled rice (Golden Canilla) simply because I have tried cooking rice on the stovetop before and it hasn't really worked for me, but that's just me! Also, when I served it on the plate I sprinkled some shredded cheese on top and melted it in the microwave. Yummy!

This was so easy and delicious. Would definitely recommend more coffee than the 2 teaspoons it says. Since I love coffee, I added quite a bit and it was wonderful!
