Red Velvet Cake
We made this cake for the first time ever... it was a complete success! We followed the directions exactly. It came out so moist that you didn't need a cup of milk when you ate it. The only altercation that we made was a cream cheese frosting instead of the one for this recipe. I will definetly make this cake again!!!

Chocolate Chip Cheesecake I
This was the first time that I have attempted the challange of cheesecake... It was a complete success!!! It could'nt have come out any better... The ONLY altercation that I made, was cooking it in a water bath... besides that... follow the recipe EXACTALY and enjoy.

Heavenly Chocolate Mousse
I loved this recipe! Rich & creamy...a little piece of "HEAVEN". I only made 1 altercation to this recipe... instead of cooling it on ice... I put it into the freezer stirring in 5 min intervals until cool. It came out AMAZING!
