Red Skinned Potato Salad
Everyone loved this. Only thing i changed was I added a little yellow mustard. Other than that I followed the recipe to the t. A definite keeper

Seven Layer Taco Dip
this dip is a definite winner. I substituted the lettuce with guacamole. The green pepper and sour cream mixed with cream cheese is what sets it apart from other taco/layered dips

Chewy Sugar Cookies
this is a great simple sugar cookie recipe. Nice and chewy. I let em bake for abour 12 minutes. They came out perfect. A definite keeper
