Slow Cooker Stuffing
Hummmm! De-lish!!! Easy! I used seasoned bread cubes and was able to skip the spices, I also skipped the mushrooms. And it was soo good easy and freed up some space in the oven for all the other good stuff! I got 5 stars at the Thanksgiving dinner!!! It's a keeper and will now become a tradition!

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers
These are great!!!! Make it easier, mash beans with a potato masher, do not process them, they are too pasty. Use an indoor grill, and they are perfect! Great for getting your veggies, dieting, easy for work lunches. On a whole wheat english muffin, by themselves with some spaghetti sauce. Just cheap and delish,Hmm!

Crispy Bacon and Sweet Onion Omelet
Delicious and easy! The first time I ever made a beautiful omelet without it falling apart!!! I spayed my pan, cover and steamed it, put my bacon on it(I always microwave it on paper towels, removes so much of the grease) and simply used salsa then cheddar a few sprinkles of red pepper flakes, melted the cheese with the lid on flipped it over. Just sooo good and easy, breakfast was done in like 5 min!
