Black Bean, Sausage, and Sweet Potato Soup
Nice blend of flavors. To reduce cooking time, I used canned black beans and cooked the sweet potatoes in the soup, instead of steaming seperately. I've also made this with smoked sausage and prefer it over the Italian.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
I left out the can of beer hoping for more of a chili consistency. I cooked down the leftovers and poured it over tortilla chips added melted Velveeta, lettuce, sour cream, and black olives for chicken nachos.

Dried Beef Cheese Ball
I left out the monosodum glutamate and used garlic salt in place of onion salt. Best if refrigerated overnight.
