Slow Cooker Lasagna
Excellent!!! This one was a huge hit... a few changes though. I used minced onion as I don't like the texture of onion and soy ground round instead of ground beef because I'm a vegetarian. I would say it definitely needs a little water or extra sauce so there is enough of the sauce mix to go around. Also, when my Mom made this she added egg to the cheese mixture and used extra cottage cheese as well. All around delicious as is or with some tweaking, will be making this one again and again!
