Oven Roasted Red Potatoes
Super easy and really great! I cut each potato into six wedges...Gary said they were good about 4 times during the meal! I used 6 fat red potatoes, an unknown amount of olive oil, and at least 3/4 of a package of golden onion soup mix. 450 for 30 mins uncovered. Sat out of oven with lid on for about 15 mins...Perfect!
