Traditional Stuffed Peppers
This was my first time making stuffed peppers. My family really enjoyed them. I used the red & yellow peppers...they looked too pretty to eat ~ but that didn't last long!!!

Herb Roasted Pork Loin and Potatoes
Great recipe. Very little prep time. Made the house smell great which tortured all waiting for dinner. I would definitely make again. I too used little pepper for taste...if it is too "peppery" my kids won't eat it!!
