Jiffy Cinnamon Rolls
(Instead of doing the rolling method, I placed a half slice of apple from apple pie filling in the middle of a piece of batter in the muffin tins and still used the cinnamon mixture in the bottom and then some on top.) I was super pleasantly surprised by how delicious these were! I think another reviewer compared them to Hardee's cinnamon rolls...All I know is that they definitely have the texture and taste of a professionally made cinnamon roll I've had somewhere else. I love yeast cinnamon rolls, too, but this was so easy to make and I can hardly stop eating them...it's going to be difficult for me to go back to making 'em the long way.

Fluffy Whole Wheat Biscuits
I messed these up the first time I attempted them but the second time, they were fantastic. Here are the modifications I made: I used all whole wheat flour, used partially diluted condensed milk (as opposed to regular milk or fully diluted condensed milk), added some garlic powder to the mix and made drop cookies, as my margarine was a little melted and the dough was soft and sticky. I was worried this would be a problem but they still turned out amazingly fluffy and delicious.

Snickerdoodles II
I ended up having to use margarine instead of shortening and then chose to use half whole wheat flour and the cookies still turned out delicious. I can imagine how much better they would be with shortening! (I also added 1 tsp vanilla and a little cinnamon into the mix itself.)
