Fantastic Black Bean Chili
Not sure why, but I have always struggled making chili...but NOT ANYMORE !!! This recipe is fantastic. I didn't adhere to it completely as I also added tomato sauce and used diced tomatoes blended to a smooth consistency !! It was outstanding !! Thank you Rebecca :)

Parmesan Chicken
This was a good, easy recipe. You can't argue about how moist the chicken was, however, I will punch it up a bit next time with seasonings. It was a bit bland. Husband loved it, daughter didn't. Whatchagonnado. I will make this again !!!

Garlic Chicken
This just wasn't for me. I found it very bland. I should have tried some seasonings but I wanted to try it as it was written first. I may try again using seasonings to perk it up a bit.
