Traditional Mashed Potatoes
Though relatively easy to make, they really were too bland for me, and I even added extra margarine, salt, and pepper to it. In the end, I had to use gravy to compensate for its blandness.

Marinated Turkey Breast
These weren't amazing, but they were easy to make and good enough. As another reviewer advised, I broiled it for 10 min on each side before baking it at 400 for about 45 minutes. Also, I opted out of the cloves since my family's not a huge fan of them.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
From reading other reviews, I used 1-1/4 cup of brown sugar and 3/4 cup of white sugar, and opted out of the water for a bit more vanilla extract. I also used less flour as advised by some, but I think I'll keep it in next time. The cookies spread a bit too much (when I expected it not to because of what others have said) but that can probably be avoided by refrigerating the dough a bit. Otherwise, not bad. Oh, I also used milk chocolate chips and they were amazing.
