I am a 23yr old mother of 4; we hit the jackpot with beautiful triplet boys our first pregnancy followed shortly by our perfect baby girl. Needless to say, time is always short and so is money; so I need recipes that don't take long to prepare and don't require expensive ingredients to make. We make meal time a family event and everyone sits at the table where we can chat about upcoming events as well as our current day's events. Both my husband and I work and we take turns doing the "evening" routine; so I also need meals that even he is comfortable making..hah! Our family's favorit cuisine would have to be Italian; followed by mexican as a close second. I love to bake desserts and gourmet meals for special occasions. We also love to entertain and like good appetizers!
