Linda's Fake and Bake Chicken
Really good. Baked chicken often comes out soooo dry. This has nice flavor and the chicken is tender. Followed recipe EXACTLY

Smothered Pork Chops
My family loves this dish. I always add extra garlic. Chops are super tender...my Mom kept asking me how I got them soooo tender. Definate keeper!

Cajun Style Stuffed Peppers
Husband really enjoyed. I used chicken sausage and was concerned that the shrimp would be rubbery, but suprisingly enough they were fine, even the next day.
