Crusty Potato Bread
This was excellent. Light and fluffy, with a just a hint of potato flavor.

Cinnamon Rolls I
These were delicious. My wife raved about them. My kids were polite about it, but it was clear that they're more traditionalists when it comes to cinnamon rolls. They like the goo on the top, rather than on the bottom. I followed the recipe to the letter, *except* for one thing. I didn't have any powdered milk. So I used powdered 'instant breakfast' (vanilla) instead. I was a little worried about it, but it doesn't seem to have done it any harm.

Chuck Roast with Homemade Noodles
Everybody liked this. Even the kids -- notoriously picky -- were willing to give it a taste. My wife raved about it, saying "This one is a keeper". I made some minor changes: - I added some extra onion and three small cloves of garlic (whole). - I didn't have beef broth, so I used 1/2 a bottle of Johnny's Au Jus mix instead. As someone else said, it was the best roast I've ever made.
