Hi, I am a relatively new cook from the UK and living in the Middle East now. I dont work now so I cook and bake to keep busy. I like to make indian, italian food and I like to bake things I have never tried before. So far its been quite adventurous for me and my better half. My family cooking is to cook well and plenty. So I do. I have had many dinner party triumphs mainly a delicious chicken dish with fenugreek leaves and a lentil dish. Jeera rice and chapattis. I have made chocolate brownies from this site, cinnabon style cinnamon rolls, bread and butter puddings, tiramisu and a gorgeous lemon meringue pie from this site. I made some cinnamon rolls from a recipe on wikepedia (never again) and they turned out rock hard, but looked delicious.
