Pumpkin Bundt Cake
This was OMG good. I took others suggestions and used spice cake mix instead. Everyone ranted and raved about this one!!

Slow Cooker Lime Chicken with Rice
This was delicious and my husband loved it. I left out the thyme & added a can of diced tomatoes and green chilies per others request. I will definately make this again!

Slow Cooker Beef Stew III
This was delicious and the meat oooo so tender. I took others advice and used beef broth instead of water and also added a can of corn. Will definately make this again!
