Cheese-Stuffed Jalapenos
These were delicious! They were gone in no time. I do have to second other peoples suggestions on wearing gloves. I also made a few changes with mine. I used onion & chive cream cheese to give it a little more flavor. Instead of crumbling up the bacon, I cut & placed a piece on top of each pepper, baked for 20 minutes and broiled for an add'l 2 minutes to crisp the bacon. SO GOOD!!
