Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup
I've made this many times but I use skim milk instead of cream to cut out some of the fat. I also leave out the flour and butter. To add flavor I put in chopped celery, onion, fried crumbled bacon, and fresh ground pepper. You won't miss the cream with all of this added flavor!
