Boneless Buffalo Wings
These were outstanding. I also doubled the flour recipe as others stated. I served some without the hot sauce and some with, both were a huge hit. Thanks for the great recipe.

Corn Dogs
These corn dogs were great. I used self rising flour so i omitted the salt and the baking powder. I also refridgerated my batter for 10 minutes and then in between dipping the dogs as someone suggested. My family ate them up.

Banana Banana Bread
This bread was great. I did not overmix the batter and bread was not dense. I also followed other reviewers comments and added 1 tsp of vanilla and cinnamon and also added 1 cup chopped walnuts. This recipe is a keeper.
