Apple Stuffed Chicken

Has potential. Stuffing was AMAZING, but chicken could have been marinated, or something. I'll have to do something else to it, but great start.

Maraschino Mini Muffins

Very nice to bring to Christmas as a desert. Didn't need anything else to top it; I think frosting would have been too much (as shown in pic). Awesome!

Strawberry Muffins

Good basic recipe, but couldn't really taste strawberries unless I bit into one. Definitely a good breakfast muffin though; may use strawberry jelly to up the flavor. Very good use of strawberries which are about to turn bad.
