Amish White Bread
This is my go to bread recipe. It taste good. So far this bread is a little dense. But I've also substituted butter for the oil and a cup of wheat for white flour. I am still working with this recipe and expect that I will have a light fluffy bread when I get breadmaking down.

Garden Fresh Tomato Soup
Normally I don't follow recipes closely but I actually followed the recipe as is and my family enjoyed it. I think next time I would skin the tomatoes, use a little ground clove instead of whole and use a blender instead of a foodmill. There were a few too many seeds in my soup. Another option would be to use less seedy Romas but I used what came from my garden. I made a double recipe and for 3 of us there was little left.
