Peanut Butter Banana Bread
For my first attempt trying this recipe I made Muffins: I used 3 bananas, added an extra 1/4 C of P.butter + added in 1 tsp of vanilla. Batch made 12 large, baked for 27 mins & 12 mini, baked for 12 mins. So Moist & Incredibly tasty!! My New Favorite.

Wine Fondue
Loved it!!! Sadly, I only had 1 bottle of Wine, so a 2nd batch was made with Chicken stock ~ still very yummy.

Baked Pork Chops I
I typically don't enjoy pork chops but make them for the rest of my family anyway. This recipe was WONDERFUL!!! Had I not cooked it myself, I wouldn't have known it was a PC at all. The family LOVED them and we will for sure be serving them the next time we have quests.
