Well I'm 17 years old and I'm completly looking foward to going to culinary school to sepcialize as a Pastry Chef. My parents would prefer I chose a career that made more more money but my dream is to open up a bakery someday and get recognized for my cooking skills. I loooveeee to try new recipes but unfortunately most online recipes are very unreliable!
I love how just a taste of something can bring you back. For example, Nutella can bring me back to walking down the streets in Paris and smelling all the amazing food! I don't have to even be there but I can feel and smell Paris.
My favorite things to cook
I love cooking basically anything. I still have alot to learn...
My favorite family cooking traditions
My favorite cooking traditions are the family Thanksgiving every year wiht massive amounts of food and we always end up laughing and having a good time. Or Christmas Eve's East Coast feast. My family originates out of Rhose Island so we have homemade New England clam chowder, quahogs, homemade clam cakes, main lobster, ect! Its a feast! And then of course Christmas dinner is always nice because we gather around the table like a family and enjoy ourselves and the fighting from the past year disappears. Thats why I love the holidays. Its super traditional with food and through the year if you have even a little bit of pumpkin pie it'l ltake you back to Thanksgiving!
My cooking triumphs
I personally love my homemeade pumpkin pie. Its fantasic. And my tunnel of fudge cake and my brownies haha. It comes out sooo goooddd!
My cooking tragedies
I don't understand. I can make all this fancy desserts and regular dished BUT I can't make instant pudding! What the heck!
