I am a Banker by Profession, but cooking and baking have always been my passion. If you don't find me in the office, you can find me in my Kitchen.I have tried recipes way back since High School, tried them, and kept them. I have enjoyed cooking for my family and friends, and earned positive feedback, which gave me more joy and inspiraton in the kitchen. I can practically cook and bake all through the day.. I don't easily give up, it's my Passsiooonnn!!:D
My favorite things to cook
My family are pasta eaters, so i love cooking pasta for them. I like to bake cake, whip up desserts and bake cookies which are easy to make and to share. Sometimes I get a little bit adventurous and I'd try making Bread or sweet rolls, and Yes.. we all loved the Italian Pizza!
My favorite family cooking traditions
My husband would love to have grilled porkchops and a chocolate moist cake or Prune Cake on his birthday; Lasagna or spaghetti and chicken salad on kids' birthday, orange-glazed ham and refrigerator cake on Christmas.. but always a chocolate cake for other members of the family on special ocassions.. I am fully motivated by personal requests.. Best by Request!
