Carrot Burgers
First for those that asked..If it does not hold together add bread crumbs or egg. I chose to make mini-burgers and baked them (also helps them stay together). If you bake them make sure to use cooking spray so they don't stick. Taste was great. With 1/2 the mix I also added curry which brought out some interesting flavors.
