Jimmy's Mexican Pizza
This was an excellent and easy recipe. I had half a can of refried beans left over. The recipe didn't specify how much to put on each tortilla. I guess it's a personal thing. I also put a bit of shredded cheese on top of the meat layer. So tasty!

Asian Orange Chicken
Sauce is way too thick with the 3 tablespoons cornstarch to 2 tablespoons water. Turned out way too thick. Also it is way too sweet. The flour coating on the chicken was disaster! I think cornstarch would have turned out more crispier. The flavor however is very orange which appealed to me. My husband told me I was "Chopped"!!! LOL

Blueberry Cheese Danish
The dough is very dense not like a danish at all. The flavor of the dough itself if nice. It definitely needs more filling. I felt like I was eating only dough. Mine took longer to bake and did leak a tiny bit.
