I am a mom of three very busy young children (four if you count the hubby) ;-D and have always loved to cook new, easy and super yummy foods. I always tend to put my own twist on any recipe as I guess I'm not one to follow the grid so much LOL Anything fast (although I adore slow cooker stuff too) easy and delicious. I enjoy recipes that dont call for any exotic ingredients (sorry dont keep them handy LOL) and if my kids love them thats a five star for sure! I guess its the not measuring the ingredients. Everything is a pinch of this a palm of that. Harder to TELL or WRITE friends how to make dishes but great for get togethers to cook together and learn it. Making Thanksgiving diner for the whole family (everything) although I'm great at it now the very first time it turned out very well and was a personal triumph! First year with hubby. My hubby already knew I could cook up some stuff at this point thank goodness but I had a tragic cooking moment when I ruined the mac and cheese of all things and made a mac and cheese soup. It was the first time I had tried the mac and cheese for my hubby and he was making fun of me because I could cook all these great dishes but could not make mac and cheese.
