Hmm... What can I say? Well I was born in California and moved to Mexico at my father's hometown. Came back to California for college and recently got married (Really just a little past a week) and moved to the East coast. I have never cooked other than eggs and microwave food lol if that is called cooking. So now that I am a married women I want to learn how to cook some of my favorite dishes and some of my husband dishes. He loves food and he is a very good cook. So this will be tough but a fun and good phase in my life. Wish me luck people because I will need it :)
My favorite things to cook
hmm.. Favorite dishes i want to learn and master are: Cheese Enchiladas, Chicken Flautas, Good Pasta and Lasagna, Carne asada and a great steak, Corn tamales, mexican soups like Menudo, Posole and others. Scallops, Shrimp, Lobster, Fish and Salmon. Of course make a delicious Chicken soup that is always helpfull on flu seasons. This are some of the dishes I want to learn.
My favorite family cooking traditions
