Greens with Cannellini Beans and Pancetta
I agree with the last entry--too dry and greens didn't wilt enough. Definitely would add chicken broth to make it better, as it is pretty bland. I also used pancetta and i think next time I'd use bacon for more flavor.

Veggie Cheese Casserole
I didn't really care for this, no offense. Too sour tasting, and too creamy/mushy. And I had to cook it for about an hour. But I did have to make my own Bisquick, so maybe that was part of the problem. Hope it turns out better for everyone else! It sounded good.

Rich and Simple French Onion Soup
Delicious flavor, but WAY too heavy on the butter/oil for my taste. Could cut butter in HALF and use little to no oil and I'd be happy. I also broiled the bread a little before I put it in the soup and thought that was a nice crunchy addition. Also omitted the sherry and still had excellent flavor. Will definitely make again! Enjoy!
