Mom's Best Pork Chops
I loved the idea of breading these with saltine crackers. I put the spices in the cracker crumbs instead of the eggs based on other peoples suggestions. I thought these were fantastic. Definitely will make again.

Carolyn's Oh-So-Easy Cherry Cobbler
This was a great beginner recipe for me since I just started baking. My family enjoyed it but my dad said it didn't taste like his favorite one from Bob Evan's. It's missing something. Definitely would make again though!

Libby's(R) Famous Pumpkin Pie
I do not eat pumpin pie but I made it for my family since they all love it. It's the first pie I have ever baked. I did make one mistake though...I bought a extra thick graham cracker crust instead of a "pastry" type crust...my family loved the mistake. We will definitely be making this again!
