About this Cook
I have always loved to cook. Fortunately my friends and family love to eat so they have been my guinea pigs over the past couple years. I've always created awesome food that many have enjoyed, but I decided I wanted something more. Why not provide the ones I love with delicious AND healthy foods? I now strive to find nutritious and favorful recipes to keep that waistline trim and please taste buds all around! Check out my site on my quest for recipes and healthy tips: www.havecakeeat2.com
My favorite things to cook
Everything
My favorite family cooking traditions
Honestly my family does not cook - we always did take out. I have sat and stared at the Food Network for hours and clicked several recipe sites to learn hints on how to cook. HOWEVER, I DO remember taking that Pillsbury chocolate chip cookie dough and making it together when I was little. You really don't get tired of cookie dough! YUM-O!
My cooking triumphs
Making favorite foods more delicious and healthy with a favor punch! Got a recipe or food you want me to healthify? I love new challenges to try! Email me at havecakeeat2@gmail.com
My cooking tragedies
Baking - don't add too much liquid or it won't bake - don't add too much baking powder or too little baking soda because it won't rise or be fluffy - add flavor but make sure spices go well with eachother Grilling - babysit what you are cooking - remember food burns if you let it sit long enough
