Fresh Pear Bread
This recipe is very good. Nice & moist. Would be easy to mix & match whatever fruit you have in the house. Will make it again.

Irish Spicy Cornbread
This recipe was awesome! I added a little more cayenne & hot sauce then called for because we love spicy things. Will definitely make this again.

Eggplant con Queso
I only recently joined this website, and this is the first recipe I have tried. I love eggplant but have been looking for something new to do with it. This recipe was awesome, and I didn't change a thing; my husband loved it too! Thanks!!
