Mountain Man Stew
Followed the recipe to the letter and it came out so bland. I ended up sprucing it up with more seasoning. Memories of beef stew my mom made for my dad (who didn't like certain spices)...bland

Nova Scotia Blueberry Cream Cake
Came out great. Didn't have the right pan however, didn't matter in the long run. Will definitely keep this in my recipe box

Basil Chicken over Angel Hair
Used Linguine noodles instead of angel hair in a pinch. The basil chicken came out fantastic. Waiting for wife's reaction.
