Country Apple Dumplings
This was really good. I only made half a recipe...big mistake as they were all eaten (mostly my my Dad) that night. My Dad loved these, he was even bragging to his friends about how good they were, something he hardly ever does. I make these for him all the time now.

Extreme Chocolate Cake
This cake is so good. I added coffee instead of boiling water and cut the amount of frosting in half (which was more than enough). Without a doubt I will make this cake again.
