Homemade Butter
Very easy and simple. I added some honey and a hint of sugar and cinnimon.

Coconut Shrimp I
I love coconut shrimp from resturants and now I can make it from my home for half the price and I don't have to tip anyone. I substituted rum for the beer and it turned good as well, of course with a different taste. I also served these at a hawaiian themed party! They were a huge hit! everyone wanted the recipe.
