Made this for my in-law's. My father-in-law LOVED it! He took the leftover home to make a sandwhich with. I agree with some of the other reviewers, need to add a little more spice in with the bread crumbs and cornmeal. I added garlic salt, cayenne pepper, and extra basil. Very good, very crunchy.
