Im a 22 year old female, i go to school to become a culinary professional [Chef] and well i grow up in Puerto Rico didnt spend much time in the kitchen but after a couple of years wanting to know more i decide it to get in the kitchen and burn them pots and pans :)
I work in a Seminary for guys that wanna become priest, so i cook for around 120 males; breakfast, lunch and dinner plus 2 dessert..

My cooking triumphs
Well everyday is a triumph for me...
but last june i went to the Escoffier Dinner in Hartford Club
and i cooked there for around 200 people
My cooking tragedies
i burned a couple of sauces,dry chicken, overcook salmon and bad vinaigrettes
