Chicken Flautas
Yummy! I did use more oil to fry the tortillas and pepper jack cheese instead of cheddar. I used a black bean and corn salsa to add more taste and texture to the flautas. Serve it with the tortilla soup from allrecipes for a great dinner!

Vegetarian Tortilla Soup
Tasty soup. It is hearty and easy to make. Very nice on a cold night. I did add torn 2 corn tortillas when I sauteed the pepper and onion to make it thicker. I served it with the flautas recipe from allrecipes. Good meal.

Savory Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
Outstanding recipe! I left out the dill weed because I didn't have it. Still was a tasty and well received dish at an appetizer potluck.
