Being from an Irish heritage and having soda bread all the time growing up, I thought this was an amazing recipe. I was searching for a recipe that didn't need yeast (because I have the hardest time keeping an eye on it) and came upon this. It was incredibly simple to make, took hardly any time, and fresh out of the oven it tastes so delicious. Thank you so much for sharing this with us all!
