It was good - but not great. I added a little bit of a sugar/flour/butter crusting to the top since the husband loves that (became more of a dessert then). Will experiment with other banana bread recipes.

I love this recipe! My husband loved it, and so did I. There was plenty for leftovers for a few days and had it when we had dreary weather here. Would do it again. As I read in a previous review, I shaped the meat into a log and cut those into smaller sections - it made it every easy. I added frozen spinach and some broccoli for added veggies.

Easy recipe, yes. The taste was disappointing. I have another pumpkin recipe that has almost same ingredients, but with equal parts of pumpkin, flour, sugar and oil. I will not make this one again.
