I have cooked professionally for over 20 years I was the executive chef for the State of Alaska Legislature, and most recently work for the Alaska Marine Highway as a chief cook. My wife Leslie and I love ballroom dancing,and love taking our 2 Shih Tzu's on walks to the beach..maybe chasing after our 3 grand kids too..... I am always trying new ideas to prepare fresh Alaskan seafood, creating interesting sauces,fresh baked breads,cakes and deserts. heck I always figured if someone liked what I prepared besides me that was pretty cool!! My nightmare is realizing its 15 minutes until service and I forgot the entree but tragedies, there are no tragedies in cooking!
